Assessments
BREEAM/Code for Sustainable Homes is now an integral part of many developments particularly in the Public Sector.
Our wide experience and qualifications allow us to undertake the ecological (ECO) credits for both of these schemes.
The assessments are primarily built from looking at the present ecological value of the site prior to development (Phase 1) and then advising on enhancement of the proposed development in order to be allocated the available ECO credits.
Advice on enhancements, to allow Eco credit allocation, range from improving the habitat for bird life with boxes through to improvements such as pond creation, wildflower meadow creation, native hedgerow planting, green walls/ green roof planting and biodiversity management plans.
